These are few of the common brands of drugs, especially of Sildenafil and Tadalafil which are originally used by patients with erectile dysfunction that are abused by many males today. No doctor will prescribe these drugs for you unless it is a case of serious erectile dysfunction where they are prescribed in controlled doses and not for everyday use to avoid complications. Most young men usually have early ejaculation because of their high excitability so in order to last longer during sex, they turn to these sex enhancing drugs. Erection as we have earlier discussed involves the rush of blood to the penis and is not meant to last for a very long time normally. The Penis naturally should come down after a while.

In conclusion, taking foods like milk,nuts,cheese ,fruits , honey etc. regularly And exercising regularly help to build all round body development. unprescribed use and abuse of aphrodisiacs have serious health risks to the individuals. Men should understand that decline in sexual prowess comes with age and is natural as from age 40. Younger men should also note that sexual intercourse is not always as lengthy as many pornographic films make it seem and should desist from abusing aphrodisiacs and sex enhancers.
